Compensation/Benefits/Perks: The anticipated salary for this position is between $145,000 - $150,000 annually.

Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.

Fully paid employer benefits, equaling about $30,000 including: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance and continuing education!

Generous PTO, including holidays, sick, personal and vacation time Pension Plan Group Legal Shift/Work Hours: Fulltime 40-hour workweek, including some evening and alternating Saturdays Essential Duties: Review medical histories, maintain patient records, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed Perform oral examinations, evaluate x-rays, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, costs, and insurance coverage Provide or coordinate dental treatment, including specialist referrals when necessary Accurately document procedures and authorize laboratory prescriptions as required Supervise, train, and evaluate dental staff to ensure quality care and compliance with practice standards Maintain compliance with clinical, infection control, emergency preparedness, and recordkeeping protocols Lead staff meetings, support quality improvement initiatives, and stay current on dental industry developments Education/Certifications/Licensure: Current Massachusetts Dental License DEA License Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration CPR/AED Certification Must maintain licensure by completing a minimum of forty (40) hours of continuing education per 2-year renewal cycle.
