  • How you’ll make an impact in this role Perform high-complexity fetal ultrasound examinations for high-risk obstetric patients under the direct supervision of MFM physicians to ensure clinical excellence.
  • Conduct comprehensive first-trimester screenings and Level II anatomy scans to detect chromosomal anomalies and structural fetal development concerns.
  • Deliver specialized fetal echocardiography and biophysical profiles while maintaining accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Assist MFM specialists during invasive diagnostic procedures to provide expert ultrasound guidance.
  • Communicate critical ultrasound findings and examination reports to the interdisciplinary team to coordinate high-quality patient care and outcomes.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Credentialed in Fetal Echocardiography from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) within 24 months of hire date or job transfer date.
  • One or more of the following required: Medical Sonographer specializing in Fetal Echocardiography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
