Operate mammography equipment to position patients accurately and select appropriate technical parameters for imaging. Evaluate images for quality and ensure all data is promptly submitted to PACS while adhering to radiation safety guidelines.

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 40 hours per week Gross Rate up to $2560 per week #ATP How you'll make an impact in this role Operate equipment, position patients accurately, and select technical parameters. Explain procedures and educate patients on preventive breast health. Evaluate images for density, contrast, definition, and distortion. Adhere to all radiation safety guidelines. Promptly submit high-quality images and data to PACS, verifying markers and patient history. What minimum qualifications you'll need

  • Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need 1+ year of recent experience as a Mammographer.
