INTEGRIS Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our Palliative Care team, serving patients in both the inpatient and home-based settings. Our team provides expert symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and supportive care services at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, patients' homes throughout the Oklahoma City metro area, and through telehealth visits.
In this rewarding role, you will partner with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team to improve quality of life by assessing and managing pain and complex symptoms, facilitating informed treatment decisions, and delivering patient-centered care with empathy and respect.

The Nurse Practitioner provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up as directed. This position requires population specific competencies. Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess a current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license. Additionally, a current BLS certification and a valid driver's license are required for this role.
