Compensation & Schedule
$20.00 per hour Schedule: Friday and Saturday shifts Approximately 16 hours per week Consistent schedule with one dedicated client Not a PRN or as-needed position
As a Dedicated CNA Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support, including: Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Personal care, bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance Mobility and transfer assistance Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Transportation assistance when needed Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition Providing care with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
Required Active CNA Certification preferred Must have experience caring for stroke patients Minimum of 2 years of caregiver experience preferred Must reside within 20 miles of ZIP Code 76132 Valid driver's license Must have their own reliable transportation. Current auto insurance Ability to pass state and national background checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Client Compatibility Period At HomeWell Care Services, we strive to provide the best possible match between caregivers and clients. During the first week of assignment, the placement will serve as a compatibility period to ensure the caregiver is meeting the client's care needs, preferences, schedule, and overall expectations.
If the caregiver is a good fit for the client, the assignment will continue as scheduled. If the placement is not the right match, we may move forward with another caregiver who is better suited to the client’s needs and preferences.
Please note that the caregiver is not considered officially hired or permanently assigned until successfully completing the first-week Client Compatibility Period.
Reporting Structure The caregiver will report directly to HomeWell Care Services' HR and Scheduling Managers for all employment, scheduling, and work-related matters.
