The RN will provide direct patient care across various Scripps Clinic locations, including assessments, triaging, and medication administration. They will work collaboratively with the patient care team to ensure an exceptional healthcare experience for patients and their families.
This is a benefited, full time position generally working 8am-5pm but shifts may vary based on assignment.
Required to float to any Scripps Clinic based on need.
Due to travelling nature of this position, you'll receive a differential while on this team.

Scripps Systemwide Resource Services (SSRS) department supports all Scripps Clinic locations throughout San Diego.
These are outpatient facilities.
As a member of the float team, you can fill vital roles on assignments providing critical coverage for employees' leave of absences and peak service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments.
Be flexible, open to floating, & confident in your abilities when given a short orientation to jumping right in to help!
What you'll do: Shifts and locations will vary at the clinics throughout San Diego.
Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
Candidates must hold an ADN or Nursing Diploma, a valid CA RN license, and BLS certification. A minimum of 18 months of recent RN experience, including at least one year in a clinic setting, is required.
