The Certified Medication Technician is responsible for administering medications to residents and documenting all related activities in the Medication Administration Record. They must also monitor residents for changes in physical or mental status and communicate these findings to the Resident Care Director.

Benchmark Senior Living is looking for a compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our team!
As a CMT, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Full time first 7am-3pm, and every other weekend Full time second 3pm-11pm, and every other weekend Hourly rate - $20.50/hr - $21.75/hr
Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration to the Resident Care Director (RCD). Communicates any significant change of mental or physical status of resident to RCD. Documents supervision of self-administration in MAR. Documents/ notifies RCD of administration of prn meds. Responsible for documentation on prn meds and affect. Recognizes and can assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
