Lifeforce is expanding its clinical footprint through Ultimate Longevity Centers (ULC), a franchise network bringing proactive, in-person care to communities across the country. Each ULC is designed to deliver the same best-in-class member experience our members know from Lifeforce - now with on-site clinical care, hands-on treatments, and a dedicated team embedded within the center. As we expand across the country, we are building the clinical team that will bring this model to life from the ground up.
We are looking for a Clinical Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional, high-quality healthcare. If you are experienced in clinical triage, functional medicine, and/or hormone optimization and love building meaningful connections with patients, then this role is for you. We are seeking someone who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in communication, has experience in longevity medicine, and is excited about making a tangible difference in people's lives.
This position represents an amazing opportunity for forward-thinking RNs with an interest in functional medicine and hormone optimization who are eager to learn and grow their skill set while delivering a best-in-class member experience. As a Lifeforce clinical teammate, you will work alongside our physicians and health coaches to ensure our members receive best-in-class care. You will be one of the first on-site Lifeforce RNs to bring our clinical model to life in a physical space, embedded within a ULC clinic location to deliver the same exceptional experience our members have come to expect.

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN license and possess proficiency in IV line placement. Experience with hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 treatments, and a strong interest in functional medicine are required.
