About the role

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide direct care coverage, responding to individual issues, between 11:00p.m. and 9:00a.m. on scheduled nights/mornings and as required by Program Manager. Responsible for calling or coming in shortly before 11:00p.m. for an update of program status. Know emergency procedures and basic emergency facts regarding all individual living at the location where coverage is provided. If Med Certified, dispense medications as prescribed. Additional duties as assigned by Program Manager as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPR/First Aid Certificate Valid MA license, availability of vehicle Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, or family members. Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience. Candidates must hold a valid MA driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification.
