The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve patient function. They are also responsible for documenting care, educating patients and families, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants.

About the Role

  • As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families to help achieve optimal outcomes. You will work with a diverse patient population, helping individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progress Document patient care, treatment outcomes, and discharge planning Communicate patient status with physicians and the healthcare team Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants Provide home exercise programs and patient/family education Rotate through treatment areas as needed Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development May serve as a clinical instructor for PT students and residents Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM No weekends

Graduate of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Must possess knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service. Outpatient experience, preferred

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances

Active license in practicing state required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Physical Therapist (PT) Act 33 with renewal Act 34 with renewal Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active license in the practicing state. Additional requirements include CPR/BLS certification and various state-mandated clearances.
