The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and maximize independence. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, the PT provides high-quality care that supports each patient's recovery goals. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and safety techniques. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and ethical practice guidelines. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state where the facility is located. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience One year of clinical experience preferred. Inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, LTACH, or hospital experience is preferred but not required. New therapists with a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills. Pay Range USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
