About the role

The LPN will travel to client homes to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care and build meaningful relationships with patients. Responsibilities include executing doctors' orders, performing clinical assessments, and documenting patient observations and interventions.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in good standing. The role requires the ability to perform hands-on care and maintain accurate medical documentation.
