The therapist will conduct behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents. They will also coordinate care with families and community partners while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and responding to crises.

Maintain an active outpatient caseload while ensuring timely, accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Coordinate care with families, schools, healthcare providers, community partners, and other professionals to support positive outcomes.
Monitor client participation in medical and behavioral health services and provide aftercare and follow-up services as appropriate.
Identify community resources and connect individuals and families with supportive services.
Attend treatment team meetings, client staffing, court hearings, or legal proceedings when required.
Document services, maintain statistical data, and ensure compliance with agency, state, and payer requirements.
Provide administrative supervision and clinical supervision toward licensure as assigned.
Current Virginia licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience including therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, and case management functions.
