The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care and assists in the implementation of treatment plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include conducting medical status observations, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing regular patient status updates.
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION SKILLS Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Current LPN licensure in State of New York. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

PAY RANGE: $28.51 - $34.68 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14617 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
