Market context

Ohio night chaplain roles are selective

In Ohio, night chaplain openings are typically driven by hospitals that need consistent spiritual care coverage outside daytime hours. These roles are competitive because employers often look for a bachelor’s degree, ACPE certification, and prior ministry experience in a hospital setting. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your hospital experience and ACPE credentials before applying.
