We’re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pain Management Department at our Galion, Bucyrus, and Ontario locations.
Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure. Monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Work in the clinic setting when not in procedures. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• One (1) year of work experience in the Operating Room.

Candidates must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and obtain BLS certification within thirty days of hire. One year of operating room experience is preferred.
