How you’ll contribute

A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role

Conducts physical therapy assessments and develops treatment plans.

Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.

Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.

Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.

Performs other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

  • Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Additional requirements include:
  • Previous experience in a rehab setting preferred
  • Clinical Knowledge and strong patient rapport-building required
  • Current PT license
  • CPR certification required

Requirements

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current PT license. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, and CPR certification is required.
