The LPN will be working in a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility, with individuals with a mental illness. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess for physical illnesses, and educate residents on healthy living and medication use.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program and hold a current LPN license in Pennsylvania. Preference is given to those with at least two years of nursing experience, including one year in mental health or a medical facility.
