• PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Pine Creek Rehab | Salt Lake City UT Flexible PRN Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Meaningful Work - On Your Schedule Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team at Pine Creek Rehab, a community-based nursing home in West Salt Lake City. We need approximately 10 hours of patient care each week. You can split that up by working a couple of hours each weekday, or a couple of longer hours during the week. In skilled nursing, small progress creates life-changing impact. Our goal is to help each patient regain mobility, confidence, and independence so they can safely transition to the next level of care. What You'll Do As a PRN PTA, you'll provide hands-on, functional therapy to a geriatric population, including:
• Gait and mobility retraining
• Transfer training across all levels of assistance
• Strengthening, balance, and fall prevention
• Supporting patients with medically complex conditions
• Collaborating with the supervising PT on care progression
• Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery If you need support building any of these competencies, we provide training and mentorship. Requirements

• Active Utah PTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
