The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job: Education and Formal Training: Associates Degree in Nursing required Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred Current licensure in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse or Compact state licensure Must complete Clinical Ladder packet and be approved for RN II, RN III, RN IV Unit Description: 4 North has 20 beds with a focus on inpatients as an observation unit. Our Care team consists of Registered Nurses, a Clinical Educator, Nursing Assistants, Unit Secretary, Resource Nurses, Case Managers, Physical Therapists, Dieticians and Occupational and Speech Therapists. Nurses can/will float to other Med Surg Units. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4 but may vary. New Graduate Nurses are accepted! Our Patients include Adult and Geriatric patients.
