We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time at CenterWell Primary Care.

You will work onsite at our clinic in Bossier City You will report to the Associate Medical Director Main Responsibilities You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
You will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
You will participate in clinical quality improvement projects.

Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
If selected for this role, we will require screening for TB.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
