Tennessee oral surgery roles stay selective

In Tennessee, oral and maxillofacial surgeon openings are typically competitive because employers look for a DMD or DDS plus completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency; current residents applying are also considered. Candidates can stand out by showing surgical training, procedural experience, and readiness for a patient-facing specialty practice.
