4-bed ICU with 2 negative-pressure rooms Hemodialysis-ready for all beds Strong support staff and integrated multidisciplinary rounds Culture rooted in excellence, support, and shared decision-making
· Eight (8) 12-hour shifts in a 6-week period. · Three (3) of the 8 shifts must be a weekend. · Will be placed on a Holiday Track
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN licensure in South Carolina or Compact State BLS and ACLS (may be obtained after hire) Experience: novice to expert nurse Preferred:
1+ years of ICU or acute critical care experience in the past 5 years BSN preferred
Providing complex, high-acuity patient care Collaborating with physicians, RTs, and support staff to improve patient outcomes Using critical thinking and advanced clinical judgment to guide care decisions Participating in shared governance, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives
