The CCMA will support physicians and nursing staff by preparing patients for examinations, documenting medical histories, and assisting with clinical procedures. They are also responsible for managing patient flow, coordinating diagnostic testing, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Experience in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Specialty Care. Knowledge in GI procedures including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy (EGD), capsule endoscopy, and liver disease management is desirable. BLS/CPR Certification.
