General Dentist Springs Dentistry Colorado Springs, CO Full-Time Springs Dentistry is looking for a full-time General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice in Colorado Springs.
This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants more than a place to clock in and do dentistry.
We are looking for someone who is hungry, growth-minded, clinically thoughtful, and interested in building something long term with a respected local practice.
Springs Dentistry has served the Colorado Springs community for over 30 years.
Our team provides comprehensive care in a friendly, comfortable environment using advanced techniques and modern dental technology.
The practice offers a broad clinical mix, including restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, emergency dentistry, laser dentistry, CEREC single-visit crowns, clear aligners, implant restorations, dentures, composite fillings, gum health, and preventive care.
Fulfilling and Productive Opportunity This is an established associate dentist role with real patient flow, not a cold-start position.
The practice sees approximately 90 new patients per month across three doctors, creating strong opportunity for the right dentist to build relationships, diagnose comprehensive care, and grow production over time.
You will start with a focused clinical schedule and one to two columns.
As your patient relationships, treatment planning, and production grow, the practice has the infrastructure to support expanded clinical flow, including additional assistant support.
The Right Fit The right dentist is clinically balanced, coachable, motivated, and team-oriented.
We are not looking for someone who is overly aggressive in diagnosis.
We are also not looking for someone so conservative that patients miss appropriate care.
The best fit is a dentist who can diagnose clearly, communicate confidently, and recommend treatment that is clinically sound and patient-centered.
Newer dentists, experienced associates, and doctors several years into practice are all welcome to apply.

Schedule Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday One Saturday per month Compensation and Benefits Earn $225,000 to $300,000 per year 30% of collections Daily guarantee first 6 months Health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance options 401(k) with up to a 4% safe harbor match $3,000 annual CE allowance Practice paid malpractice coverage Mentorship as needed Strong support from a tenured team What You’ll Do Provide high-quality general dentistry in a comprehensive family practice setting Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver patient-centered care Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence Partner with hygiene, assistants, front office, and owner doctors to create a smooth patient experience Support a positive, accountable, team-first culture Help patients understand their treatment options and move forward with care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards Springs Dentistry offers a wide range of services, giving the right dentist room to grow clinically.
