The CNA/HHA will provide compassionate, one-on-one patient care by assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health conditions. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and performing light housekeeping duties to support the patient's well-being.
Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager. Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed. Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals. Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
