High School Diploma or GED equivalent Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, CCMA, NCMA, or RMA) or must be willing to attain that certification within 9 months of employment
Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, CCMA, NCMA or RMA) Medical Assistant diploma, technical certificate, or certification OR 4+ months of experience performing the critical skills of a Medical Assistant after on-the-job training CPR certification Experience working as a Medical Assistant Experience with electronic medical records software Experience performing medical back office tasks including obtaining vital signs, injections/immunizations, phlebotomy, urinalysis and administering medications Experience performing medical front office tasks including scheduling appointments, prior authorizations, medication refills and referrals Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
