0.8 FTE Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider position. May work between two locations: Cambridge and Coon Rapids. Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician/nurse team in accordance with the designated specialty. Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.
Required Qualifications Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required. Minimum 1 year of experience in Oncology as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
Licenses/Certifications Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP) Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant - (NCCPA) - National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty upon hire required.
BLS - Multisource required within 180 Days Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $135,096 to $164,216 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
