Description The health services that became the Anthony L Jordan Health Corporation (Jordan Health) began more than 100 years ago, in 1904. Starting in northeast Rochester, NY, Jordan Health has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants of Rochester, NY and in Canandaigua, N.Y.
Jordan Health is now seeking a Medical Records Clerk who, under the guidance of the Director of Health Information Management/Privacy Officer, is primarily responsible for providing accurate, timely and complete scanning and indexing of all medical information.

The Medical Records Clerk will ensure to: · Scan and indexes all medical documentation correctly in the electronic medical record. · Review all inactive provider laboratory reports and distributes appropriately. · Processing of all incoming electronic faxes and incoming mail on a daily basis and distributes to appropriate staff. · Responsible for the complete record integrity, maintenance and proper record keeping. · Other duties as required.
· Minimum High School Diploma. · Medical terminology · RHIT/Medical Assisting certification preferred.
· RHIT Certified Preferred.
