• Type: Independent Contractor (1099) About The Opportunity Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. • Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in aging populations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active IN dental license
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments Schedule
• 1-2 days/month (Tuesday or Thursday)
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• No nights
• No weekends
