AMFM Healthcare is seeking Clinical Group Facilitators to lead therapeutic group sessions at our residential mental health facilities in Minnetonka, MN. In this role, you will guide clients through evidence-based practices, helping them develop the skills necessary for long-term stability and recovery. Ideal candidates will have experience facilitating groups in CBT, DBT, Trauma, Psychodrama, or other mental health modalities.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
Work with acute clients experiencing co-occurring mood disorders, substance use, and suicidal ideation.
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and Virginia Licensing Standards.
Provide therapeutic interventions and create individualized care plans with measurable objectives.
Document client progress, develop transition and discharge plans, and maintain accurate clinical records.
Assist in crisis intervention and act as a point of contact for families regarding clinical care.
Participate in staff meetings, quality management initiatives, and training programs.
Adhere to ethical standards, legal guidelines, and AMFM Healthcare’s policies and procedures.
