About the role

The physician will perform medical assessments and establish appropriate levels of care for patients at an onsite clinic. They are also responsible for implementing health and wellness programs while maintaining clinical competency and compliance standards.

Overview Concentra is now hiring an experienced and self-driven onsite physician for a Full-Time position.

This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's site in Montgomery County, MD.

Coverage as needed for the following schedule: Four 10 hours day Monday-Friday between the hours of 7AM-7PM Pay range: $125-130/hr As one of the largest health care companies in the nation, Concentra has an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking to hire a BC/BE physician who will work as a staff physician at our onsite medical center.

You will have an opportunity to design, develop, and implement various health and wellness programs in order to screen for disease and practice primary prevention.

Our onsite centers are only open to our employer partner's employees and sometimes their dependents.

You will have the opportunity to develop long standing relationships with this patient population, build their trust, and truly help influence their health and wellbeing.

You will have the ability to integrate health coaches, employer sponsored disease management programs, and other onsite staff into the treatment model in order to ensure that patients get all the help they need on their journey towards a healthy lifestyle.

This is an opportunity to practice medicine as you envisioned it without having to complete all of the paperwork required by payers in the community practice setting.
