Graduate nurses will participate in a residency program designed to transition them from students to professional nurses through evidence-based practice and training. They will provide patient-centered care while developing critical thinking, assessment, and organizational skills under the guidance of mentors.

Candidates must hold a nursing degree (ADN, BSN, or MSN) and possess an active Idaho RN license. Additionally, applicants are required to have an active Basic Life Support (BLS/HCP) certification.
