Job Summary Your main role as an Operating Room Specialist RN is to follow nursing guidelines for coordinated health care. Assess patients, identify health problems, develop personalized care plans, and monitor responses. Understand patient needs and the healthcare setting to guide them safely. Prevent complications and delays for patients. Essential Functions of the Role Prioritize needs of patients and families to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans. Evaluate nursing practices systematically. Participate in initiatives to improve quality and performance. You educate patients, families, and healthcare staff about health practices and treatments to promote understanding in the community.
