What You Will Do: Provide nursing services to residents Participate in training of care staff Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians Communicate care plan changes to staff Communication with families and physicians Documentation and Investigation Reporting Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments Wound care Audit eMARS, medication cart Maintain accurate resident health records Medication Management
