Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a compassionate Surgery Scheduler to join our Inland Shoulder Team!
*This position will be located at our NEW Spokane, WA Clinic*
Under the supervision of the Practice Manager, the surgery scheduler is responsible for ensuring that surgical cases are scheduled accurately using both manual and automated systems, facilitating telephone messages and usage with a high level of service, and assisting in medical records management to support the completion of accurate medical documents. Maintains accurate records associated with the scheduling and processing of patient documentation. Scheduler is able to utilize the automated systems to support the scheduling functions. Able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina, and endurance.
