As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you’ll educate patients and caregivers in-clinic, enabling them to perform dialysis independently at home!
This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management.
Flexible Monday-Friday 8am-5pm type-of schedule.
No Weekends, No Holidays!
Will be covering census in one facility; but must be flexible to support our clinics around the greater Bridgeport area as patient needs arise.
Excellent Paid Training Provided!
Dialysis Experience is NOT required.
Nephrology nursing provides a fresh lens and set of skills to those newly entering the field.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Weekends and holidays off Flexible scheduling to manage your own caseload
RN license in the state of practice Minimum of 12 months of RN experience Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation ADN required; BSN preferred Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
Dialysis (PD, HHD, chronic, or acute) Patient education or teaching background Case management or telehealth experience CNN or CDN certification
