As a Hospitalist, you will be integral in managing patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes for our patients. Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations Monitor and manage patient progress throughout hospital stay Educate patients and families on health management Document patient histories and treatment plans accurately Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards
Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid license to practice Experience in Internal Medicine or related field Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and patient care skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Current certifications in ACLS and BLS
Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
No call requirement

Patient Volume: 18-22 per day
Support Staff: Additional MDs, APPs
Must be board certified
