Excellent communication skills both verbally and written to ensure clear patient/caregiver collaboration to facilitate successful patient outcomes. Having empathy and compassion is essential as well. NC OT or COTA License Required.
Candidates must hold a valid North Carolina Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
