Certified Inpatient Coder
The coder is responsible for daily coding and abstracting of inpatient accounts while assigning appropriate DRGs. They also manage physician queries for documentation and coordinate with the Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in coding and/or abstracting. An AHIMA or AAPC inpatient certification is required for this role.
