Responsibilities
Provide hands-on care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments. Accurately document patient info, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% compliance. Collect, label, and log specimens (blood, biopsy) with zero tolerance for error. Clean and stock exam rooms between sessions, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment via autoclave. Partner with the healthcare team to escalate issues, facilitate discharge, and teach patients/families regarding care management. Provides direct care for a specific patient population. Administers medications and treatments. Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions. Probationary period is three (3) months for full-time employees, and four (4) months for part-time employees who works more than 3/5 of the normal workweek.
