Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments. Documentation & Specimens: Accurately document patient info, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% compliance. Collect, label, and log specimens (blood, biopsy) with zero tolerance for error. Coordination & Maintenance: Clean and stock exam rooms between sessions, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment via autoclave. Communication & Education: Partner with the healthcare team to escalate issues, facilitate discharge, and teach patients/families regarding care management. Provides direct care for a specific patient population. Administers medications and treatments. Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions.
