What You'll Do

As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, assessment and therapeutic intervention to address the psychological, emotional and social needs to the youth, families and staff.

Your responsibilities may include

• Therapy · Conduct intake assessments including recommendations for treatment · Provide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health and substance abuse issues. Caseload management · Maintain active caseload including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment. · Maintain tracking system for treatment plans, and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals. · Participate in clinical group meetings regarding ongoing treatment goals, progress and discharge as needed. Administrative · Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines. · Provide supervision to non-licensed therapists, counselors and other staff as needed to support state requirements for licensing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field. · State license is required (LPC, LMSW, LISW) as specified in the addendum based on program licensing/funder requirements. · Familiar with standard business computer software programs and electronic Health Care Database programs. · ACT 33/34 clearances if required by program · FBI clearance, as needed · All trainings required by licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Experience working as a Therapist in outpatient IIC and or Residential Setting
• Experience in working closely with a clinical team/ MDT
