The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for completing medical histories and physical exams and provides treatment to Family Practice patients in accordance with the medical plan of care; critical pathways; established Self Regional Healthcare, Self-Medical Group, and Medical/Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care. Any other assigned duties per Practice Physicians, Practice Manager, and Self Medical Group Administration. Performs all other duties as assigned by the Medical Director and Primary Care Director.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing or PA program with current licensure and significant practice experience. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are required for this role.
