Full-time permanent opportunity Day Shift Signing Bonus available Physical therapist evaluates patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions to develop individualized treatment plans that improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Provides evidence-based physical therapy interventions in an acute inpatient setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support safe mobility, discharge planning, and optimal patient outcomes. Documents patient progress, educates patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety strategies, and recommends appropriate assistive devices and post-acute care needs.
