Market context

Florida neonatology roles remain highly specialized

Florida neonatology openings are typically driven by NICU coverage needs in large hospital systems and regional referral centers, so competition often centers on board certification, recent clinical experience, and licensure readiness. This role is competitive because employers usually want candidates who can step into high-acuity newborn care with minimal onboarding. If you are considering applying, confirm your active Florida license or IMLC status and review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here, which are pulled from the original job description to save research time.
