Position Details

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing strengths-based assessments to identify and prioritize the needs of children and families across all domains
Provide field-based mental health and case management services to high-need, at-risk families
Develop and implement individualized Family Support Plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community supports
Facilitate team meetings and ensure coordination and collaboration among all service providers, including DCFS, DMH, courts, schools, and healthcare partners
Complete all required documentation, reports, and outcome measures in compliance with program guidelines and agency standards
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, participate in supervision and trainings, maintain ethical and licensing standards, and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field required, with active CA licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or registration (AMFT, APCC) and eligibility for licensure
Minimum of one year experience working with children, adolescents, and families

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health field and possess active California licensure or registration. At least one year of experience working with children and families is required, along with a valid driver's license.
