Graduate nurses will participate in a residency program that transitions them from students to professional nurses through evidence-based training and education. They will provide patient care across various clinical units while developing critical thinking, assessment, and organizational skills.

Candidates must hold a nursing degree (ADN, BSN, or MSN) and possess an active Idaho RN license. Additionally, applicants are required to have an active Basic Life Support (BLS/HCP) certification.
