Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and complete all required agency training and certifications is mandatory.

Assist individuals with personal care and activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, and community participation.
Support individuals in achieving greater independence and reaching personal goals.
Teach and reinforce daily living, social, communication, and adaptive skills.
Promote dignity, privacy, respect, personal choice, and self-determination.
Implement Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs), behavioral support plans, and individualized service plans.
Utilize positive behavioral support strategies to help individuals achieve desired outcomes.
Administer medications and support prescribed healthcare programs in accordance with agency policies and regulations.
Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being.
Safely transport and accompany individuals to appointments, activities, employment sites, educational programs, and community events.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings, training programs, and service planning activities.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
