The Polysomnographer performs sleep disorder testing procedures on patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics in both acute and non-acute care settings. They work under the general supervision of a licensed RCP or Polysomnographic Technologist to ensure high-quality patient care.
Under general supervision and assistance of a licensed RCP/Polysomnographic Technologist performs Sleep Disorders Center testing procedures on neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients in both acute and non-acute care setting.

Upon hire: National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists, or
Upon hire: National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Experience in Polysomnography.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree or two-year technical program – Health Science or related field preferred.
Successful completion of an accredited program in Polysomnography.
Candidates must hold a National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or Certified Polysomnographic Technician credential and a BLS certification. Previous experience in polysomnography is required, while an associate degree in a health science field is preferred.
